Marcus Reid

Marcus opened Blade & Fade in 2026 with a single chair, a straight razor, and a conviction that London deserved better. Trained in London and Barcelona under Eduardo Sanchez, he returned north with years of craft of craft and the belief that the best barbering is also the most considered.

Specialising in classic scissor cuts and traditional wet shaves, Marcus's approach is methodical and unhurried. Every client gets a full consultation. Every cut is deliberate.

Jordan Kwame

Jordan joined Blade & Fade after cutting his teeth — literally — at some of East London's most respected barbershops. His eye for geometric precision is extraordinary. The gradients are seamless. The edges are surgical. His fade work has earned him a following entirely his own.

He works with all hair types and textures and takes the same obsessive approach to every client: no rushed first pass, no skipped detail, no compromise on the finish.

Sam Okafor

Sam came to barbering through a background in colour — and it shows. Her understanding of tone, texture, and how both interact with different hair types gives her an edge that most barbers never develop.
